As our global client base has continued to grow steadily in 2015, Turner Little have decided to expand our operations and open new branches in London and Sheffield.
International expansion
Turner Little have operated from offices based in York Business Park, for the last 25 years; assisting clients with company formations in the UK, as well as overseas. During this time, we have cultivated close working relationships with overseas agents in the United States, Russia and Hong Kong. We have also forged advantageous working relationships with potential clients in Eastern Europe, Asia and the Far East, who are becoming increasingly interested in UK company structures.
It is this rapidly growing global profile, which has enabled Turner Little to expand operations in both the UK and abroad. Throughout the past year, our potential clients have shown increased interest in establishing businesses in the UAE and Cyprus. We have opened an incorporation agency in Cyprus and plan to do the same in the Emirates. These offices are designed to provide potential clients with the knowledge of local legislation they require to set up successful firms.
Expanding south
Meanwhile in the UK, we are planning to open new Turner Little offices in London and Sheffield. Commenting on the London expansion, company director James Turner was quoted by the York Press saying: “We believe the move will enable Turner Little to provide a more hands on approach to our dealings with our international clients.
“Despite the growth of northern UK businesses in the last couple of years, London is still seen as one of the world’s biggest business capitals. Expanding our operations south illustrates the growth that we have experienced.”
Bridging the physical distance
The new Sheffield office will adopt similar working practices to our York headquarters. It will supply business advice and consultancy services for both start-ups and larger organisations in the UK and abroad. The Sheffield move will be overseen by Chris Hands, a director here at Turner Little. Speaking out on Turner Little’s Sheffield and Cypriot expansion projects, James Turner said:
“We are thrilled to announce our expansion to Sheffield. We have purposely chosen to make the move into the city to be more connected to our clients across Yorkshire, but also to better reach those in the midlands too. This is the first stage of our UK expansion plan, which will also see our current team of 19 grow, with further new Yorkshire hires on the cards from the spring.
“Beyond that, we have established another new office in Cyprus due to increased demand from abroad. Similar to our current offices, this branch will also bring expert company services and banking consultancy to the country, allowing us to bridge the physical distance between clients in Russia, East Europe and The UAE in addition to Cyprus itself.”
